The benefits of Yoga in Koh Phangan
Yoga is one of the fastest-growing activities in the world. In Koh Phangan, as well as many other places around the world, yoga has become a key activity for people who want to make a positive change in their life. Why I chose to learn yoga in Thailand
I did my research and found that Thailand has the most yoga studios per capita in Asia, and it wasn’t difficult to find one. I chose Koh Phangan because of the secluded location and the laid back, beach vibe.
My experience at the Yoga Center
I had a fantastic time at the Yoga Center in Koh Phangan, Thailand. It was a good mix of activities and relaxation. The Yoga Center offers a variety of classes for all levels from beginners to those experienced in yoga. There were also daily lectures on diet, meditation, and self-development. I really enjoyed the food as well- they offered an excellent vegetarian buffet which changed every day. In addition to yoga classes, they offer massage sessions as well as Thai cooking classes where you can make your own dishes!
Conclusion
All in all, if you want a really beautiful experience on Koh Phangan I would recommend going to the north of the island. If you would prefer a more intense and thrilling experience, make your way south.
